BUY MY HOME

Question: Will investors make an offer to buy my home?

Answer: Generally once an investor has seen your home, or has enough information about the home, then he can make an offer to buy your home. If you don't get an offer from an investor, check with other investors and find out if they want to make an offer. Often an investor may want you to give him your target sales price first, so he can then make a decision on the numbers he has to work with. If you don't hear back from investors, you might want to find out from them what is unattractive about your offer and maybe the numbers just don't work for them.
