Question: Who are "We buy houses easy" guys?

Answer: There are many different investors who buy houses, some can buy houses easy, others may not do that well. A lot has to do with the financing options you are willing to consider. Many of the investors who would like to buy your house easy, would like for you to finance it to them, or would like to take over your payments.

If you want them to get their own financing and they don't have cash partners, then I'm afraid it's not going to be that easy. You'd be looking at waiting on a conventional mortgage that typically takes 30 days. I guess that's "easy" to some people, it's all relative.
