Answer: If you mean without listing your house and just selling directly to an investor, then yes. Investors can usually buy your house and close on it in a fraction of the time it takes to sell with a traditional realty company. Whether or not you can find an investor who will want to buy your house, depends on the type of deal you would like to offer. If you need to sell your house outright, get full retail value for it and don't care how long it takes to sell it, then you're probably best off listing it with a Realty company. You can also sell your own house using For Sale By Owner sites and advertising yourself, but be prepared to take more time and invest in advertising.
