Answer: The best way to sell your house quick, is to fix it up nicely and get lots of advertising coverage out on it. That includes putting it into your local MLS with a Realtor, or Realty company. Putting adds in your local classifieds (don't just count on your Realtor to do it), thrifty papers, small signs up, etc. However, all this marketing takes time and only counts if you want to sell your house retail and get retail prices. If you're not that worried about getting retail price for your house (or have flexible sale terms) and really want to sell your house quick, then you should certainly contact some investors to make you offers on your house.
