Answer: If you're selling your house directly to an investor, you may not need a Realtor to assist in the sale. If you would still like to bring a Realtor in to assist you in the transaction, you might consider asking them if they would take a flat fee, or a smaller percentage than what they would usually receive on account of you already having your buyer.
