Answer: Many investors will buy property for cash, of course it depends on the terms of the deal. If you need a cash buyer, your likely not going to get as much money for your equity as you would if you were owner financing the house to them. For an investor to buy a property for cash there must be enough equity in the property that a private lender will be willing to finance it. Private lenders will not loan money on a property with little, or no equity and the private lending has become the most popular method for investors to buy property.
