HOUSE MUST QUICK SELL
If your house must sell quick, you should probably try and
get offers from investors, who are often able to buy your house quickly and for
cash. An investor may also be able to take over your payments and assume the
remaining loan balance if they are not able to buy the house for cash. This all
depends on how much equity is in the house and how much you are willing to give
up. In return for selling a quick sell on your house, you will also be giving
the investor something that makes the deal attractive to them.
It is generally accepted that you are not going to get
retail value for your house from an investor, who is in the business to buy,
hold and, or sell for profit. There are situations where an investor may pay
your full price, especially if you are willing to give them concessions on the
terms. For example if you are willing to finance your equity out over a period
of time, they may be prepared to pay you more.
