    You can sell your home fast by owner. There are things that make a home sell fast. Some of the things that make a very big difference to sell your home fast are carpet and paint. A fresh coat of paint should not cost you much at all if you can do it yourself, or have a family member that can. Also Carpet...   sometimes can be cleaned, but if it is in bad shape to you may want to replace the carpet. Look around for good deals and this can be fairly inexpensive also.

        Also putting out signs on the streets near your home with arrows leading then to your house will help them find you on Open house day and even any other time.  Keep a FSBO Owner sign in the yard. Give fliers to neighbors letting them know the house is for sale in case they know someone wanting to live there. You can sell your house fast by owner if you use your creativity and have your home looking very nice when the buyers come by.
