What are
"Wholesale Leads"?
Wholesale properties, are what investors
call properties being sold by investor by investors, to other investors, usually
the rehab and retail investors. Many investors either do not have the time, or
knowledge to go through the entire process of rehabbing and reselling a
property. They prefer to specialize in finding value priced houses that need to
be rehabbed and they in turn sell these houses to other investors at deep
discounts.
A small percentage of our leads may
sometimes come from these investors looking to find other investors
who would like to purchase their houses. Though HousesFast does not actively
pursue these wholesale leads, some investors do seek out this network for the
purpose of selling good deals to our investors.
There are deals to be found from
whole sellers. So some of our leads may come from these investors wishing to
sell houses they may already have under contract (otherwise known as an
assignment). Though for the vast majority of our leads this is not the case and
the leads come directly from motivated sellers.
