    If you need to sell a house now, look through the investors in our directory, contact several and request that they make you an offer as quickly as possible. Typically you may be able to sell your house in a week, or two, if the investor is assuming any current financing. If a new conventional loan is involved, then you may be looking at 3 or, more weeks to close. If the investor is buying the house for cash, then the only time constraints are going to be how quickly the title company can get their job completed. If an investor is putting cash into a deal, it is more than probable that they will require a title policy. Sell house now.
